New Student Enrollment Process

For New Students

Thank you for your interest in the Academic Community Enrichment as a potential partner in the education of your children!  We are here to assist you through the admissions process and look forward to developing a relationship with you.  Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding ACE or the admissions process. We are here to serve you!

Step 1. Application of Interest

Step 2. Application for Enrollment & Release of Records

  • Following a review of the Application of Interest form, all eligible applicants will receive an online Application for Enrollment via e-mail
  • Read the ACE Statement of Faith, ACE Core Priorities, and Parent/Student Handbook
  • Read the Student Covenant and Parent Covenant
  • Fill out and submit Application for Enrollment online
  • Complete and send Release of Records (if applicable)
  • Send most recent standardized test scores (if coming from home education program)
  • Application Processing Fee of $350.00 (per student) Credit Card, Venmo, or Check accepted This fee is non refundable and non reimbursable through SUFS. No SUFS receipts will be given. *if enrollment is denied for any reason you will receive a refund of $200 (per student)

PLEASE NOTE- Your seat will not be held until this fee is received.

Step 3. Application & Records Review

  • Once the application processing fee is received and the online application is completed, ACE staff will review your child’s application and school history
  • Placement testing may be required, you will be contacted with available days/times, if placement testing is deemed necessary

Step 4. Family and Student Interview

  • Upon review completion, you will receive an email with a calendar link to schedule your in person interviews

Step 5. Enrollment Decision

  • Once ACE staff has reviewed the transferred records and have found them to be consistent with all information presented throughout the process, and we deem ACE to be a good fit for the student, full enrollment will be granted. An acceptance letter will be sent with next steps.

Step 6. Turn in Documents

  • Please turn in copies of all necessary documents (physical, immunization records, birth certificate)
  • Please submit any documentation that supports your child's unique learning needs (IEP, 504,psychological evaluation, etc.) This documentation is required for all FES-UA students
  • Please turn in Credit Card Authorization Form to be kept on file
  • Please place order for Uniforms
