New Student Enrollment Process

For New Students

Thank you for your interest in the Academic Community Enrichment as a potential partner in the education of your children! We are here to assist you through the admissions process and look forward to developing a relationship with you. Step 1. Application of Interest

Following a review of the Application of Interest form, all eligible applicants will receive an online Application for Enrollment via e-mail.
Read the ACE Statement of Faith, ACE Core Priorities, and Parent/Student Handbook.
Read and Sign the Student Covenant and Parent Covenant.
Fill out and submit Application for Enrollment
Credit Card, Venmo, or Mail in your Application Processing Fee of $150.00 (per student). This fee is non refundable and non reimbursable through SUFS. No SUFS receipts will be given. (Please mail to PO Box 1625 Titusville, Fl 32780)

Step 3. Family Interview & Application Review

Once the application processing fee is received and the online application is completed, ACE staff will review your child’s application and school history.
Upon review completion, you will receive an email with a calendar link to schedule your in person interview.
Placement testing may be required, you will be contacted with available days/times, if placement testing is deemed necessary.

Step 4. Enrollment Decision

Conditional Enrollment: All eligible applicants will first be given conditional acceptance for enrollment.
At this point, ACE will request a transfer of records from the most recent school for the applicant(s).
Full Enrollment: Once ACE staff has reviewed the transferred records and have found them to be consistent with all information presented throughout the process, and we deem ACE to be a good fit for the student, full enrollment will be granted. An acceptance letter will be sent and will need to be signed and returned. At this time, the non refundable new student enrollment fee of $250 per student will be due. This fee cannot be paid using SUFS funds.

Step 5. Turn in Documents

Please turn in copies of all necessary documents (physical, immunization records, birth certificate)
Please submit any documentation that supports your shield's unique learning needs (IEP, 504,psychological evaluation, etc.) This documentation is required for all FES-UA students.
Please turn in Credit Card Authorization Form to be kept on file.
Please turn in the Uniform Bundle Order Form.

PLEASE NOTE- Your seat will not be held until this fee is received. If payment is not received and no arrangements have been made for payment within 7 days of receiving your confirmation letter, your students’ seat(s) will be forfeited.
