Jessica Pittman
Upper School
My name is Jessica Pittman. I have been lucky enough to call Brevard County home my entire life. Access to so many natural wonders and having the space program in our own backyard is a gift I do not take for granted; they are a major part of what I love sharing and incorporating into my Science classes! I am married to my fantastic husband, Jason, and we have three amazing, beach-loving children! I earned my BS in Exceptional Education from the University of Central Florida in 2006 and subsequently obtained my teaching certification in Reading and ESE K-12. I have taught in public and private schools for over 15 years with a few breaks in between to stay home with our kiddos. I have always loved working with children, watching them grow and providing a path for them to figure things out on their own. There is nothing that can replace watching a student have that "Aha!" moment when they finally figure out that Math problem or get the literature connections! My youngest son had a fantastic experience at ACE and I was so excited to teach a class in this program. This will be my 3rd year teaching Science classes at ACE. This program is a testament to what a great community we have in Brevard and I am so proud to be a part of it!
